As a comprehensive sexuality educator, these four elements are foundational to my coaching style:

My main priority is creating an environment where all of my clients feel safe and comfortable to share the joys and the challenges of what they are navigating.

Everyone has questions about bodies, sexuality and relationships. There is always an age-appropriate way to answer those questions and engage in conversations.

Regardless of the subject matter being discussed, I use shame-free language and practice active listening skills and can teach you to do the same.

I approach sexuality education from an anti-racist standpoint that is queer- and trans-affirming.
